PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)
Our approach to treating PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is to understand what your most prominent concern such as Acne, Excessive thick dark body hair (hirsutism), Irregular periods, Hair loss, Fertility, Diabetes prevention, Weight gain Insulin resistance associated with PCOS. Technically we don’t call this PCOD where D stands for disease- It’s a syndrome- which means everyone with PCOS can have a different set of symptoms.
We focus on treating PCOS at its source and lifestyle change plays the major role. Our entire team offers support in terms of hormone assessment, medication management, nutrition, exercise and stress reduction. Since PCOS is a tendency that stays for life, we work with you on long-term strategies to stay healthy and use as little hormonal medication as possible.
Led by Dr. Roshani Sanghani the PCOS program provides emotional support, dietary and exercise guidance and weight management for women with PCOS. Participants will work together with Dr. Roshani and her team to develop an individualised plan that combines dietary and exercise guidance, weight management strategies, and emotional support to reduce the present symptoms of PCOS and help to avoid any future health problems that may be caused by the condition. The program will address the following:

- Learn about balanced nutrition, superfoods, naturopathy solutions for acne, hairfall, dry skin, bloating
- Learn about mindful eating
- Learn about role of exercise in PCOS
- Learn about role of different drugs in PCOS
